Todays blog post is another premiere – for the first time, we were on the road with drone, camera and another, sporty car other then our own BMW: We drove with our friend Sebastian and his Volkswagen Golf 3 GTI 20 Year Edition through the Wispervalley!
What is so special about this Golf 3 GTI 20 Year Edition? Well, of course the edition itself, but also because Sebastian takes so much car of his cars that they look as good as new, even when they are already pretty old. It’s so shiny!
We drove through the Wispervalley, and due to a motorcycle accident we had to divert from our route and take the Sauerthal aswell. The overall tour took us from Bad Schwalbach to the village Lorch right next to the river Rhein.
The Wispervalley is a deep, curvy valley – the sun sets here quite early. Nevertheless we still had enough light and a few nice photo spots.
The 20 Year Edition has a few details that are different from a standard Golf 3 GTI. There are a lot of red accents, from the steering wheel to a GTI sign on the side.
Because of the forementioned motorcycl accident, we had to take another route about half through the Wispervalley. It was still fun – on the contrary – since the Sauerthal-Valley is an old mountain race track, and the change in scenery is always welcome!
Once we arrived at the Rhein, the sun was almost gone already. But we still had enough light so show you how shiny the Golf 3 GTI 20 Year edition is.
What do you think about this first post without our BMW M140i? Did you like it? Do you want to see more different cars? Please tell uns in the comments. 🙂
